This weekend a few wayward Law Band members picked up ol’ Trappers Cabin in their monster truck & stole away to Nashville to hang w/their buddy Purvis & Fester Hagood @the Southern Ground Recording Studio to preview some brand new mixes from Levi Lowrey’s new album.
This record is REAL good!!! We we’re proud of our friend Fester for being a co-writer on the album & very impressed with Levi’s amazing new songs!
Later that night we took over for the house band @The Losers Bar on Division. Girls were dancing & booze was flyin! Thanks Dave for a truly unforgettable night!!
The next day the crew trucked over to West Nashville to star in their buddy Boo Ray’s music video for “Boots & Bluejeans” (which Fester not only did the worm for, but was also a co-writer on that tune as well. Thanks to all y’all at Johnny’s Tavern who shared your stories, lunches & PBR’s with us. What a random & Great spot!! We’ll be back!
& They got out of town just in time to make a gig in Carrolton, GA to play some mountain music at The Alley Cat with their favorite West side Girls Opposite of Hee Haw. OHH played a kickass set & then the Trappers Cabin band played until they kicked us out.
It was a lot of driving, but The Law Band’s brand new 1986 truck held up great!! We cant wait to get back up to Nashville & do some more rocking & maybe even some recording too. Woot!!
